Introducing our new Hero Tech Course: Berlin Edition!
The Hero Tech Course is a developer training program that brings the educational philosophy and curriculum of Woowa Tech Course - one of Korea’s most respected programming education programs, to Europe — with the goal of nurturing developers with global competitiveness.
Woowa Tech Course, operated by Woowa Brothers (the company behind Korea’s leading Delivery Platform, “Baemin”), has been running since 2019 and is widely recognized in Korea for producing job-ready junior developers. The program focuses on project-based learning, pair programming, code reviews, and self-directed learning, simulating real-world development environments. To date, it has successfully trained and launched the careers of hundreds of junior developers in Korea’s tech industry.
Over the past seven years, many graduates of the program have joined top tech companies in Korea - and in 2024, several joined Delivery Hero entities in Berlin and Dubai, demonstrating that the program prepares developers to succeed in the global market.
Now, for the first time, this proven educational model is expanding globally, starting with its launch at Delivery Hero’s headquarters in Berlin.
This program offers exciting opportunities for aspiring developers looking to build their careers in the international tech industry.

Server developer using Kotlin and the Spring Framework
As a software engineer, I enjoy building services and understanding how users interact with them.
Over time, I've faced many challenges as a developer, and I want to share what I've tried to overcome them so we can grow together.
I'm also working on creating an environment where developers can build practical skills and continue learning on their own.
Lately, I've been exploring ways to make development and learning more efficient through automation and simple tools.
